Interior Design
Working closely with out client our design team will focus on the aspirations of the client's brief and the core aims of the completed project. On approval, though the process of design development, visuals and concept drawings are presented for final approval. Working detail drawings are products with input from the project management team and workshop construction supervisors. This method of design development produces a product of the highest design and build quality. Where the client has already appointed a design team a liaison between our design team and the clients ensures the closest understanding of the proposed design concepts.

Construction
The design scheme may involve a structural element with our in-house management we outsource many of these elements. Our supply chain has experience in High End Residential Construction with basements, glass facades, swimming pools, roof top gardens, stone work, and lighting and prestige landscapes. Bespoke Residential or Commercial works requires something outside the norm. Our Construction partner has adequate experience in the delivery of projects throughout the UK, with exceptional experience in the London commercial and residential market.

Our supply chain ensures that we can compliment any residence with truly outstanding pieces of furniture. The craftsmen who are part of our supply network produce all types of furniture to compliment the delivery of any project. Our furniture is manufactured to meet the clients requirements within any hotel or luxury residence.
Mechanical/Electrical
Bespoke Residential Interiors always requires an M&E coordination program to ensure delivery of the project. Our in-house coordinator manages each phase with our preferred suppliers to deliver the project. Mechanical and Electrical products are always changing and it's important we work with suppliers who can deliver the best at all times.
The Team
Bespoke Residential Interiors and Commercial Interior Fit Outs means that we work with Architects, Interior Designers, Developers and clients, that have very little or no knowledge of us. We believe that getting it right is about ensuring we have one project manager working directly with the client. Our philosophy is ensuring that we engage the adequate Project Manger for a specific project. Our experience allows us to engage a Project Manger who has excellent Project Delivery, but also has the Regional or language to make the deliver better.
And Finally
Bespoke Interiors always hands over the project cleaned and ready for occupation. We also provide a full after service to the end user for 12 months, so the client gets to know anything relevant to their property or small cosmetic changes can be made. We can also organize the moving in to the finished luxury apartment, residence, or commercial building.
